Large peak separation, good sensitivity and stability allow this modified electrode to analyze droxidopa individually and in the presence of carbidopa. Applying differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), a linear dynamic range of 0.5-600.0 µM with detection limit of 0.2 µM was obtained for droxidopa. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of droxidopa and carbidopa in real samples.
