In this study, we tried to find out the factors which influence OCB rate of female employees as well as the impact of OCB on their behavior. In IT companies, OCB is found higher in female employees than in male. Ethical leadership, organizational justice and organizational support influence employees’ OCB rate. It was also found that female employees having high level of OCB showed better performance, high level of organizational commitment, loyalty, higher jib satisfaction, improved their work efficiency, and less absenteeism.
